 此次成功投产的“双头双回转环保粉料装船机”，集高效、灵活、环保、计量标准于一身，多项性能指标优异，额定矿粉装船能力800TPH，峰值达1000TPH，计量精度贸易结算标准，实现小泊位、大吞吐能力，大大提高码头效率。

  The "Double-Head Double-Rotation Environmental-Friendly Powder Material Ship Loader" successfully put into operation this time integrates high efficiency, flexibility, environmental protection, and precise measurement standards. It has multiple outstanding performance indicators, with a rated ore powder loading capacity of 800 TPH and a peak capacity of 1000 TPH. The measurement accuracy meets the trade settlement standards, achieving large throughput capacity with small berths and significantly improving the efficiency of the docks.

     本装备实现两大“原创”技术创新：一是双回转机械结构，极大地增强了设备对复杂作业环境的适应性，能够灵活应对更多船型的不同靠泊位置与形式，显著提升了码头泊位的利用率和作业安排的灵活性。二是双伸缩独立动作下料系统，两套溜筒可独立精准控制，实现了船舱内物料的平衡、均匀受料。这一设计有效减少了装船过程中为平衡船体而频繁移动设备或船舶，从而大幅提升了连续装船效率，缩短了整船作业时间。
 This equipment achieves two "original" technological innovations:First, it is the double-rotation mechanical structure, which greatly enhances the equipment's adaptability to complex working environments, allowing it to flexibly handle different docking positions and forms of various ship types, significantly improving the utilization rate of the berths and the flexibility of operation arrangements. Second, it is the double-extendable independent action unloading system, where the two chutes can be independently and precisely controlled, achieving balanced and uniform material intake in the ship's hold. This design effectively reduces the need to frequently move the equipment or the ship to balance the vessel during loading, thereby significantly enhancing continuous loading efficiency and shortening the overall loading time of the ship.
